The circular provides an updated list of household, office-commercial, and industrial equipment that is required to display energy labels.
The display energy labels based on Circular 52/2025/TT-BCT were issued to support Decision No. 04/2017/QD-TTg, which lists energy-labeled products and outlines the roadmap for their implementation. This latest regulation adds a list of new products.

Voluntary energy labeling is encouraged for vehicles and equipment not included in the list. The provisions refer to national standards regarding available energy performance levels and available domestic testing capabilities.
When Will the Regulation Come Into Effect?
The display energy labels based on Circular 52/2025/TT-BCT will come into effect on January 1, 2026. In the event of any obstacles during implementation, they must be reported immediately to the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The report will be taken into consideration for changes or additions to the existing regulations.
