At narmadi.com, the privacy of our visitors is of extreme importance to us. This privacy policy document outlines the types of personal information is received and collected by narmadi.com and how it is used.

Log Files
Like many other Web sites, narmadi.com makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol ( IP ) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider ( ISP ), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Click and Scroll Statistics
To understand which parts of our pages are useful, narmadi.com records where visitors click and how far they scroll on each page. This is measured by our own website, without cookies and without any third-party service, and only after you press Accept in the cookie banner. We do not store IP addresses or any information that identifies you; the data is kept only as daily totals per page. It is not collected when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Totals older than about 13 months are deleted automatically.

Contact Form
When you send a message through our contact form, we receive the details you enter (such as your name, email address, company, phone number, product, target countries and message) and any files you attach. We also note which page of narmadi.com you were on and which button you clicked to reach the form, so we know which information led you to us. If you pressed Accept in the cookie banner, this is kept only in your browser tab until you send the form, without cookies; otherwise we only note the page that contains the form. We use your message only to reply to your enquiry. Messages and attached files are stored on our website and can only be opened by the Narmadi team.

Newsletter
If you subscribe to our regulatory update newsletter, we store your email address and send you a confirmation email first. Every newsletter email contains a link to unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies
narmadi.com does not show advertising. When you first visit, a cookie banner asks for your permission. Only if you press Accept does Google Analytics set cookies to count visits and see how the website is used, and do we keep our own click and scroll statistics. If you press Decline, no analytics cookies are set and our click and scroll statistics are not collected. Your choice is remembered in your browser for 12 months, and you can change it at any time with Cookie settings. Other cookies are only set for members of the Narmadi team who sign in to manage the website. You may also disable cookies through your individual browser options.

Third-Party Services
The interactive map on our website loads its map software from unpkg.com and its map images from OpenFreeMap (openfreemap.org). Like any website, these services receive your IP address when your browser loads them. Your browser loads Google Analytics from Google (googletagmanager.com and google-analytics.com), which receives your IP address and information about your visit. Before you press Accept, and after Decline, Google Analytics only receives basic signals without cookies, so your visits are not linked to each other; advertising features are turned off. Emails from narmadi.com, including replies to your messages and newsletter emails, are sent through our email provider, Google Workspace.
