Purpose of Amendment in Declaration of Conformity Format

As we know, the Declaration of Conformity (DoC) is a mandatory DJID Certification Requirements Document in every application process for the DJID Indonesia certification for Information Technology and Communication (ITC) products.
The foundation of the format of Declaration of Conformity for Indonesia DJID certification is Article 12, paragraph (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology (PERMEN KOMINFO) Number 3 of 2024.
Then why does the format of the Declaration of Conformity have to change? KOMDIGI has several reasons for answering this question.
Increase efficiency
Applicants no longer need to write technical standards or working frequency and transmitting power in detail and length. Simply by writing the Application ID reference, all data will be directly traceable by the evaluator.
Improving data accuracy
Not writing detailed and lengthy technical standards, working frequencies, and transmitting power will reduce input errors. This will significantly improve the accuracy of the data.
Speed up the evaluation process
Evaluators do not have to check technical standards, working frequency, and transmitting power in detail. The evaluation process will be much faster and less error-prone by conducting a digital search through the Application ID reference.
Reduce the potential for application rejection
With the previous format, input errors of technical standards or working frequency and transmitting power in detail and length often resulted in rejection. The new Declaration of Conformity format aims to help reduce this risk.
What Has Amendment from the Format of Declaration of Conformity for Indonesia DJID Certification?

In the previous Declaration of Conformity format, the applicant had to write the technical standards as well as the working frequency and transmitting power in detail and length by hand.
The new format of Declaration of Conformity for Indonesia DJID certification does not require this. Now the applicant only needs to include one thing, the “Application ID”. This unique ID will be the main reference in the technical evaluation and analysis process by DJID.
New format of declaration of conformity

Although it is not necessary to write the technical standards or working frequency and transmitting power in detail and length with the manual, the new format of Declaration of Conformity for Indonesia DJID certification still requires some important elements to be included. Here are the contents:
