Once a connection is established, Bluetooth uses a communication protocol that allows devices to exchange data without interference.
One of the main advantages of Bluetooth is its ability to connect devices over relatively short distances (usually up to 10 meters for the standard version, but can be further with versions 5.0 and 6.0).

Therefore, it is important to take security measures such as turning off Bluetooth when not in use, avoiding pairing with unknown devices, and using devices with strong encryption.
One form of security before products that use Bluetooth technology circulate in Indonesia is to comply with Bluetooth testing standards set by the Ministry of Communication and Digital through the Directorate General of Digital Infrastructure (DJID).
Testing includes technical and safety aspects to ensure the device can function properly without causing interference to the surrounding frequency spectrum.
