This swimming pool is located in BSD, South Tangerang and has a size of 8 x 3.5 meters with a total depth of 1.3 meters.
For our client, we recommended using the Hayward brand 1.5hp power pump and filter for his pool.
1. Surveying
The first is to survey the area where the swimming pool will be built. We can see for ourselves, the area is quite large and very qualified to build a swimming pool.
We also discussed directly with the client to determine the position, location, and shape of the swimming pool so that the pool can be built with high aesthetics.
2. Design
Next is the designing process, which is a crucial process to give you an insight of the swimming pool’s design and sizes that will be built.
In the design process itself, we will use real measurements so you don’t have to worry about the precision of the size of your swimming pool.

3. Bouwplank Installation
The next step is the installation of bouwplank which is useful as a guideline of the swimming pool that will be digged.
Bouwplank itself is a straight and flat board used in construction to determine the points of the work field, building size, and foundation path.
4. Digging Process
Next is the process of digging the swimming pool which was done by approximately 4 manpower.
The digging process also takes approximately 10 days with the size and depth of the pool that we have mentioned earlier.
5. Formwork Installation
The next process is the process of installing formwork which serves as a guideline for the next process, which is the casting process.
Formwork is a temporary mold that is used to hold fresh concrete while it is poured and formed according to the desired shape.
In addition to that, formwork can usually be made of various materials, such as wood, metal, plastic, or a combination of these materials.
For this swimming pool, we used 8, 10 and 13 mm steel to provide good structural integrity for the pool.
6. Concrete Casting
Concrete casting is the next process in making this skimmer type swimming pool.
We were assisted by about 8 manpower in doing the concrete casting, with the drying process taking around 1-2 days to complete.
Drying for 1-2 days is not without reason, with perfectly dried concrete, the integrity of the pool will be better.
In addition, a good drying process will also help to avoid cracks, or even leaks that occur due to incomplete drying.
Also, for this concrete casting, we use concrete material equivalent to K300 to ensure the perfect strength for this swimming pool.
7. Waterproofing and Tile Installation
The next step is to do a three-layer water-proofing and also install tiles for the swimming pool.
Why is waterproofing done three times? This is done to prevent future leaks.
Swimming pool leakage is something that is highly avoided because it will require time, effort and also considerable cost in identifying and repairing it.
For the swimming pool tile, our client chose mosaic tile as his choice.
The combination of light and dark blue colors will give a luxurious impression, and will make the pool color blue so that it creates a fresh impression and clean and clear water.
8. Lamps and Swimming Pool Accessories
The next step is the installation of pool lights and accessories that will make the swimming pool look more beautiful.
In the pool we are talking about now, our client choses 6 underwater lights that will add to the luxurious feel of the pool.
Plus, there are 3 hand railings that also serve as an important safety aspect in the pool.
And the last one is the stainless steel ladder which is useful as an access for users to enter and exit the pool.
Not to forget, the hand railing and swimming pool ladder are made using type 304 stainless steel which is rust-proof and manufactured by us.
10. Decking Installation
In addition, our client also requested to install decking for the area around the pool.
Decking is one of the additional things that can make your swimming pool look more beautiful and elegant.
For this swimming pool project, the decking material is wood.
9. Water Filling and Initial Water Treatment
And the last is the water filling process and also the initial water treatment, so that the swimming pool is ready to use and also has clear and clean water.
