On May 27, 2025, the Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) between Indonesia and South Korea was officially implemented. That way, several Korean laboratories recognized under the MRA with Indonesia.
The Korean laboratories recognized under the MRA with Indonesia are Nemko Korea and Dt&C. Both labs have been recognized within the scope of permitted testing.
Nemko Korea and Dt&C as Korean laboratories recognized under the MRA with Indonesia are now able to conduct tests and issue valid test result reports for certification purposes of the Directorate General of Digital Infrastructure (DJID).

Now, Dt&C Korea has been officially registered as a recognized Korean laboratory under the MRA with Indonesia. The lab will focus on RF, EMC, SAR, and safety testing for ICT products as a condition of DJID certification.
Testing Scope of Korean Laboratories
Nemko Korea
Nemko Korea Laboratory (Lab ID: KOR-001) has been approved by DJID to conduct testing under the following technical standards:
- KEPMEN KOMINFO No. 544 of 2021 – Unmanned Aircraft Devices (Drones)
- KEPMEN KOMINFO No. 5 of 2024 – Non-Cellular LPWAN Devices
- KEPMEN KOMINFO No. 260 of 2024 – Short Range Devices below 40 GHz
- KEPMEN KOMINFO No. 12 of 2025 – RLAN Devices & License Class Spectrum
- KEPMEN KOMINFO No. 46 of 2025 – Wireless Power Transmission Devices
Dt&C Korea
Dt&C Korea Laboratory (Lab ID: KOR-002) has been approved by DJID to conduct tests under the following technical standards:
- PERDIRJEN SDPPI No. 5 of 2019 – Cellular & Mobile Devices
- PERDIRJEN SDPPI No. 2 of 2020 – Radar & Special Devices
- KEPMEN KOMINFO No. 544 of 2021 – Drone Devices
- KEPMEN KOMINFO No. 5 of 2024 – LPWAN Device
- KEPMEN KOMINFO No. 260 of 2024 – Short Range Device (SRD)
- KEPMEN KOMINFO No. 352 of 2024 – LTE & 5G Devices (Note: Annex VII is not included.)
- KEPMEN KOMINFO No. 12 of 2025 – RLAN (Wi-Fi) Devices
- KEPMEN KOMINFO No. 46 of 2025 – Wireless Power Transmission Devices
The designation of the two Korean laboratories recognized under the MRA with Indonesia is valid for 2 years from 27 May 2025 and expires on 26 May 2027. The validity period will also depend on the continued ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation of the two Labs.
